Opinion by Justice MORRIS.

In this appeal, Resha Ellis Timberlake contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Metropolitan Lloyds Insurance Company of Texas and declaring that the company fulfilled its contractual obligations under a homeowner's policy. We conclude Metropolitan failed to show its entitlement to summary judgment as a matter of law. Accordingly, we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand the cause...
