STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Petitioner, Lisa A. Tompa (Lisa), appeals the trial court's Order modifying legal and physical custody over the minor children, H.T. and S.T., in favor of Appellee-Respondent, Edward S. Tompa (Edward).

We affirm.
