NICKELL, Judge.

Debra Bailey (now Gallant) (hereinafter "Debra") appeals from the final judgment of the Fayette Family Court entered on February 14, 2006, denying her claims against her former husband, Ellis Bailey (hereinafter "Ellis"). For the following reasons, we reverse and remand this cause for further proceedings.
