Following a jury trial, Jibril Walton (Movant) was convicted of one count of the class C felony of involuntary manslaughter in the first degree and one count of the unclassified felony of armed criminal action. See §§ 565.024, 571.015.1 He was sentenced to serve concurrent terms of 15 years in prison and life in prison, respectively, for committing these offenses. His convictions were affirmed...
