Rapid Settlements, Ltd. appeals the trial court's order granting a temporary injunction. The order enjoins Rapid from seeking to confirm, enforcing, or compelling performance of an arbitration award transferring to Rapid, pursuant to a transfer agreement, structured settlement payments to be received by Abigail Dempsey.
