¶ 1 Rebekah Munson's counsel provided to an expert witness two documents he had previously submitted to a medical malpractice prelitigation panel. The question presented on appeal is whether this act violated Utah Code section 78-14-12(1)(d) (2002), which imposes confidentiality requirements on proceedings before such panels.
