¶ 1 Jeannette L. Borghi died intestate. Prior to her marriage to Mr. Borghi, she entered into a real estate contract to purchase property. After her marriage, a statutory warranty deed was issued to both Mr. and Mrs. Borghi. Upon Mrs. Borghi's death, the court determined that the real property was community property.
