¶ 1 Steven M. Tielsch, Appellant, brings this direct appeal from the judgment of sentence entered on November 13, 2002,1 by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of ten to twenty years on a conviction for third-degree murder.
