This appeal involves a challenge to the action of the defendant, the planning and zoning commission of the town of Sherman (commission), in adopting several amendments to the town's zoning regulations. The plaintiffs, Timber Trails Associates, Tessa Pascarella and Timber Trails Community Service Corporation, collectively own 850 acres of land in the area affected by the amendments.
