EVANS v. STATE

No. A07A0874.

651 S.E.2d 363 (2007)

EVANS v. The STATE.

Court of Appeals of Georgia.

August 1, 2007.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Mary Erickson, for appellant.

Donald E. Moore, Solicitor-General, for appellee.

JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

Randall Evans appeals from his conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it was less safe for him to drive1 and giving a false report of a crime.2 He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his DUI conviction and the admission of similar transaction evidence. The challenges are without merit and we thus affirm Evans' conviction.
