{1} Sonya Benavidez ("Plaintiff") filed suit against the City of Gallup ("City") after tripping and falling over a water meter. After a three-day trial, the jury returned a special verdict in favor of the City. Plaintiff appealed, and the Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment in a Memorandum Opinion.
