Marcus Ryan appeals a jury's award of damages for past wage loss, loss of future earning capacity, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and loss of enjoyment of life. Mr. Ryan was injured when he was rear-ended by Raymond Johnson who was driving an eighteen-wheeler owned by Custom Ecology, Inc. and insured by Zurich American Insurance Company. He claims that he is entitled to an increase in the award of these damages as a result of the injuries sustained...
