¶ 1. Art Tyrone Easterling appeals from a judgment of conviction in the Circuit Court of Forrest County, Mississippi for the crime of grand larceny and a resulting ten-year sentence as a habitual offender. We find no merit to the assignments of error and affirm the trial court's judgment.
