Creative Marketing Associates, Inc. (CMA) appeals from the district court's1 grant of summary judgment to AT & T on CMA's claims for money owed, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud, as well as from the denial of CMA's claim for the imposition of a constructive trust. We affirm.2
