The instant appeal arises from a divorce decree entered by the Garland County Circuit Court. Appellant Jorge Hernandez appeals the circuit court's ruling that certain funds Jorge received from his former employer were marital property and not a gift. Margaret cross-appeals the circuit court's unequal division of the proceeds from those funds.
