This is a medical malpractice action brought by Sonja Worth on behalf of her son, Austin Worth, against Terrence J. Kolbeck, M.D. Sonja alleged that Kolbeck's negligence caused severe brain injuries to Austin shortly before his birth. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of Kolbeck.
