Appellant William F. ("Bill") Young, Jr., was convicted by a Sharp County jury of capital murder, aggravated robbery, residential burglary, and two counts of theft of property. The circuit court sentenced him to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the capital murder, life imprisonment for the aggravated robbery, twenty years' imprisonment and a $15,000 fine for the residential burglary, ten years' imprisonment...
