The Strand Theatre of Shreveport ("Strand") petitions for review of a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board ("Board") concluding that Strand violated § 8(a)(1), (a)(3), and (a)(5) of the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA"), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (a)(3), and (a)(5), by unilaterally terminating its use of the Union's hiring hall, refusing to bargain with the Union, and eliminating the "Regular Employee" position...
