GOLDEN, Justice.

[¶ 1] BA (Mother) appeals the termination of her parental rights to FM, her biological son. Mother objects to the lack of an appointment of a guardian ad litem (GAL) for FM in the termination proceeding. She also generally challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the termination. We reverse the order of the district court and remand this case with directions for the district court to dismiss...
