Russ, (the "Debtor") initiated this adversary proceeding seeking an "undue hardship" discharge, under section 523(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Code"), of a student loan debt she owes to Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (the "Defendant").1 The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties. 28 U.S.C. § 1334....
