Ocean Yachts, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, appeals from a non-final order denying its motion to dismiss Florida Yachts International, Inc.'s ("FYI") complaint on improper venue grounds. The appealed order stayed the action and directed the parties to proceed to mediation in New Jersey.
