Grady Levon Slade, Jr. was convicted by a jury of three counts of aggravated sodomy, two counts of aggravated child molestation, and two counts of child molestation arising out of various acts involving R.R.F., his wife's grandson. After the trial judge merged three of the counts for sentencing purposes, Slade was sentenced to a total of thirty years to serve.
