The debtor filed for bankruptcy on October 14, 2005, prior to the effective date of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. On November 18, 2005, the debtor executed a reaffirmation agreement on a motor vehicle financed with General Motors Acceptance Corporation.
