Claimant suffered work-related injuries in 1989 and was subsequently awarded workers' compensation benefits pursuant to a lump-sum settlement. In 1996, claimant returned to work and, thereafter, she filed a new claim alleging that she suffered a change in her condition that was not contemplated at the time of settlement.
