On February 1, 2001, defendant Jason Cuebas pleaded guilty to one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree (Penal Law § 220.18 [1]), a class A-II felony, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 265.01 [1]), in satisfaction of a multi-count indictment charging him with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree...
