This matter comes before the Court on the Court's order directing Doris Ginsberg (the "Debtor") to show cause why her case should not be dismissed for failure to comply with the credit counseling requirement imposed by Section 109(h)(1) of the Bankruptcy Code (the "credit counseling requirement").1 For the reasons set forth below, the Debtor's case is dismissed.
