The primary issue on appeal is whether the plaintiff in the underlying suit, Modesto Torres, produced more than a scintilla of evidence that his injuries were proximately caused by the alleged negligence of Matt Dietz Co. and Matt Dietz, individually, (hereinafter Dietz collectively). The trial court overruled Dietz's numerous objections to Torres' expert testimony and denied Dietz's motion for judgment notwithstanding...
