The Defendant, Earl S. Davis, appeals his convictions of second degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30, and conspiracy to commit armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:26 and 14:64. We affirm.

The Defendant was charged by indictment on August 21, 2003 along with his codefendants, Joseph Johnson and Shacira L. Marshall, with the second degree murder of Michael Pierre.1 He was subsequently found guilty...
