The Appellant, Reggie Mack, appeals the judgment of the district court granting the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment in favor of the Appellees, Kellogg Brown & Root, Inc. (KBR), and EPL Pipeline, L.L.C., thereby dismissing the Appellant's claims for negligence against EPL and/or KBR, under both the Jones Act and the General Maritime Law. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
