¶ 1. On November 24, 2003, after Willie E. Norwood and Louciel G. Norwood, pursuant to a tax sale, obtained a tax deed against property John Michael Moore owned in Rankin County, Mississippi, Moore filed a complaint to set aside the tax deed.
