Patrick Left Hand Bull was indicted on one count of first-degree burglary, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1153 and S.D. Codified Laws § 22-32-1, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153, 113(a)(3). He pled guilty to burglary, and the assault charge was dismissed.
