On June 1, 2006, this Court received a Report and Recommendation ("Report") from Magistrate Judge Eaton, to whom these above-captioned matters were referred for general pretrial management. The Report recommends (1) that the complaints be dismissed with prejudice for failure to comply with prior Court orders and (2) that plaintiff be ordered to pay $500 to both the New York City Law Department...
