Pro se petitioner Arthur Pryor petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted, following a jury trial in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, of robbery in the first and second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
