Michael T. Kerr pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(1) and possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). The district court1 sentenced him to 151 months of imprisonment and ten years of supervised release.
