The defendant, George Guildner, doing business as G & N Foods, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting an application to confirm an arbitration award in favor of the plaintiff, All Seasons Services, Inc. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court misinterpreted the language of the arbitration award. We hold that the court properly confirmed the award, but conclude that in doing so, the court improperly failed to consider the arbitrator...
