¶ 1. Braddock Law Firm, PLLC, ("Braddock") sued Daniel E. Becnel, Jr., Michael T. Gallagher, and his firm, Gallagher, Lewis, Downey and Kim, for breach of a fee splitting agreement. On the morning of trial, the chancellor granted summary judgment to Becnel. At the close of Braddock's case-in-chief, the chancellor dismissed the Gallagher defendants.
