MONACO, J.

The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting the motion of the appellee, Wissell Irizarry, to suppress the evidence resulting from a search of his residence pursuant to a search warrant. Because we conclude that the warrant was properly issued, we reverse.
