The defendant-appellant Aurelio Alonzo, Jr. ("Alonzo") appeals his post-Booker1 Guidelines sentence, arguing that the district court's use of his relevant conduct to calculate his base offense level violates the Sixth Amendment. Alonzo also argues that his Guidelines sentence is unreasonable because it was calculated based solely upon his relevant conduct without respect to the conduct underlying his offense...
