Opinion by Justice YAÑEZ.

This appeal is from a judgment terminating the parental rights of a biological mother and father and awarding custody of their two children, D.S.P. and H.R.P., to the children's paternal grandparents. The father voluntarily relinquished his rights to the children, and there being no appeal from that part of the judgment terminating his rights, that part of the judgment has become final.
