This is an action initiated by three named members of a putative class of persons who purchased MetLife insurance policies. Plaintiffs allege that MetLife issued insurance policies insuring plaintiffs' minor children and/or grandchildren and that the contracts provide that the policies are "non-smoking" (Docket # 1, ¶¶ 71-80).
