¶ 1 Sammy Dean Thrasher, Appellant, was tried by jury in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-2004-426, and convicted of Count I—First Degree Rape, After Former Conviction of Six Felonies in violation of 21 O.S.Supp.2002, § 1111 and 21 O.S. 2001, § 1114 and Count IV—Lewd Molestation, After Former Conviction of Six Felonies in violation of 21 O.S.Supp.2003, § 1123.
