The defendant, the statewide grievance committee (committee), appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the appeal by the plaintiff, Charles J. Irving, from a reprimand issued by the committee. On appeal, the committee claims that the court improperly determined that the plaintiff was denied due process. The committee claims, as well, that once the court found that the plaintiff had been denied due process, the matter should have been remanded...
