This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Strike and Dismiss Certain Affirmative Defenses raised by The Goldfarb Corporation (GOLDFARB), Stanley Goldfarb, Martin Goldfarb and Alonna Goldfarb. Stanley, Martin and Alonna will be collectively referred to as the "GOLDFARB INDIVIDUALS" and the GOLDFARB INDIVIDUALS and GOLDFARB (the corporation) will be collectively referred to as the "GOLDFARB DEFENDANTS...
