Plaintiff issued a homeowner's policy to Susan Sweeney. It is not disputed that her son, defendant Joshua D. Sweeney (hereinafter Sweeney), is an insured thereunder. The policy defines "[o]ccurrence" as "an accident . . . which results . . . in: a `[b]odily injury.'"
