¶ 1 David James Lewis was found to be a sexually violent predator and was civilly committed pursuant to chapter 71.09 RCW. On appeal, Mr. Lewis claims: (1) the trial judge improperly changed the venue of his trial; (2) the State was required to allege and prove a recent overt act; and (3) there is insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict. Finding no error, we affirm.
