{1} This case requires us to decide whether several statements made by a domestic violence victim were "testimonial" for purposes of Confrontation Clause analysis under Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36, 124 S.Ct. 1354, 158 L.Ed.2d 177 (2004). We also address whether Defendant forfeited his confrontation rights because he was convicted in a separate proceeding of having murdered the victim...
