The defendant ABC Stores, LLC (ABC),1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Small Business Transportation, Inc., awarding it $37,880.87. The sole issue raised on appeal is the defendant's claim that the court improperly awarded the plaintiff damages in that amount because the plaintiff's claimed damages were unenforceable.
