I. Introduction

Roy Hernandez, individually and d/b/a Hernandez Roofing and Philip Lautensack filed cross appeals from a judgment in favor of Lautensack concerning the roof Hernandez put on Lautensack's house. In three issues, Hernandez argues that Lautensack's presuit notice under the Residential Construction Liability Act was untimely, that there was no evidence that Lautensack's alleged damages were reasonable...
