Petitioner Cuban Electric Company ("Cuban Electric") submitted a Motion for Leave to File a Brief Amicus Curiae in this action. Plaintiff Janet Ray Weininger ("Weininger") and Dorothy Anderson McCarthy (collectively, "Plaintiffs") filed a joint brief opposing the motion.
