Defendants Anthony Wallace and Marquic Brown argue that the judge erred in denying their motions to suppress illicit drugs and ammunition obtained in a search of an area in which they claim an expectation of privacy, to wit: the attic of a two-family home where they occupied the second-floor apartment. Wallace also claims that the evidence presented was insufficient as matter of law to support his convictions of trafficking in "crack" cocaine and illegal possession of ammunition...
